These items are done in every home every time. This is the most important set of items on our list. If there is something on this list you don't want done just let us know — by default we do all of them.
For recurring cleanings we set up a rotation for these items. A rotation means they will be done on a frequency you are comfortable with. We are happy to do them on demand too — just let us know. For move in/out cleanings we recommend all M-L1 and M-L2 items for a full deep clean.

These items are typically needed for homes that are very busy or that really enjoy the extras we can provide.
Well suited for rental properties that need to be 100% guest-ready without the owner's intervention, or for anyone who really enjoys a tailored experience.

We are leaders in home disinfection. Other companies claim to disinfect while they clean — but this is only partially true. To properly disinfect something you need to let the disinfectant dwell on the surface for at least five minutes to kill 99% of bacteria and viruses.
We use the highest quality, safe, natural, and biodegradable disinfectants. We don't trick our clients into thinking things magically get fully disinfected without proper saturation and dwell time. If you desire a true and complete disinfection — you found the right company.
Our primary disinfectant is Nature's Fury All Purpose Cleaner & Disinfectant (hypochlorous acid). It's natural, non-toxic, and biodegradable — a weak acid with powerful cleaning and disinfecting abilities at a pH of 5.5–6.5. It's a stronger disinfectant than vinegar, a powerful cleaner, and gentle on a wide range of surfaces.
When we do D-L1 or D-L2 items we clean the area first, apply disinfectant, and let it dwell on the surface for five minutes. After which 99% of bacteria and viruses have been killed. We then completely remove the disinfectant with a microfiber cloth.
We don't use bleach, Lysol, or other harsh chemicals. Cleaning a home with those substances — even if it looks clean — technically pollutes the space with toxicity that can make people sick or even cause cancers over time. It's not good for the environment, our clients, or our cleaning professionals.
With such an extensive checklist you might wonder what we won't do. The list is small. We are not insured for exterior work — no exterior windows or patios. We have two- and three-step ladders. If we can reach your ceiling fans or fixtures we absolutely will. If not, we ask that you provide a sturdy safe ladder. Very high or dangerous situations are left to the cleaner's discretion.
