Instead, we'd rather invest in actually fixing the problem. When you tell us something fell short, we send a manager out to address it directly. You end up with the clean home you paid for, and our team gets the chance to make it right.

We think this is a better deal than a refund — you get the result you wanted, not just your money back.

Sometimes a Cleaning Pro just isn't the right fit for your home — maybe their style doesn't match your preferences, or you'd simply like a fresh set of eyes. That's completely fine.
