If you initiate a cancellation 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, no fee will be incurred. We view these situations as opportunities to be of assistance to you. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less of your appointment time will incur a short notice cancellation fee of $25. This fee helps us manage our operations efficiently and allocate our resources effectively.
