If you let us know that you need to skip, cancel, or reschedule an appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled date and time, there is either no fee or a small fee depending on the type of appointment.

We recognize that as a regular customer, there may be occasions when you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning. However, please be aware that if this occurs for more than one in every five scheduled cleanings, we suggest opting for one-time cleaning requests as needed, rather than maintaining a recurring schedule. This approach helps in better managing our resources and ensures availability for all our clients.
Please only book a one-time cleaning with us if there is a small chance of you needing to cancel later on, or you are okay with paying a small fee should the need arise.

If you contact us outside business hours regarding a skip, reschedule, or cancellation, we'll honor your request based on the initial timestamp. Whether you call and leave a voicemail, text, or email, we'll respond and adjust your appointment when we're back in the office, confirming that your request has been received and handled.
